The Phillies Starting Pitching Prospect, Ramon Rosso, is Baseball’s Mr. November

He did it again. The Phillies starting pitcher prospect Ramon Rosso pitched five move shutout innings to pick up the win on the final night of November in the Dominican Winter League.

Rosso is without a doubt baseball’s Mr. November for the 2020 season. After four appearances in DWL, Ramon has pitched 14 shutout innings allowing only five hits, walked two and struck out 13. He leads the league in ERA, lowest opponents batting average against, WHIP and strikeouts.

No one in baseball is pitching better right now than the Phillies’ Ramon Rosso. It looks like Rosso and Spencer Howard are the top two candidates for the fourth and fifth spots in the Phillies 2021 starting rotation and they both turn only 25 years-old during June and July of the upcoming season.

About Baseball Ross

I have been a faithful Phillies follower all my life. Today I am most intrigued by those players in the minor league system who work every day of the year to make it to the Show. This is what this blog is mostly all about. To read more, click here: https://baseballross.wordpress.com/2012/02/05/how-i-got-started-in-baseball/
